Bill rate

Bait and switch on renewal. Signed up for for free nights and weekends and actually charged keep your cash nights and weekends for a 1 cent rate drop at night and weekends. Horrible deceptive company who now says they don't offer that, but is running commercials that say they do. There call center is in Guatamala!!!

I am not at this residence and they have no vacation rate . You pay 15.00 plus if you dont use the amount of electricity they think you should . Not consumed friendly .

Change in circumstances/Transparency

As the authorized users of the account holder I am disappointed in the service I've been receiving. I have reached out several times trying to reach a supervisor. I require that someone with knowledge contact me if the information pertaining to this account. Over charging for unused electricity

We had solar panels installed in February and have been being overcharged for electricity that we are not even using. I have called in to reliant several times and no one informed me that we need to switch our plan type until I called in today to see why we are paying so much.

The representative apologized repeatedly that no on e had caught this before now and said I would need to speak to a supervisor.

I called the number she gave me and was told 3 more times to call different numbers than was put on hold for an hour and 7 minutes before the supervisor came on and proceeded to tell me it's not his job to tell me and refused to refund me anything toward the overpayment since February or correct the current bill. This is not good customer service at all!

My dad was the owner of a 20+ unit Apartment complex. He passed away October 12, 2021. We sold the Apartments December 30, 2021. We live 300 miles away and are to old to run the business. The new owners requested the Names and contact information for each utility company so THEY could make contact and SWITCH over accounts. Well they did not honor their word and now we are having to pay 6 months of charges for 20+ units due to their negligence. I have spent numerous hours trying to get to explain the problem but they refuse to help find a reasonable solution.

My dad was the owner of a small apt complex. He passed away October 12, 2021. We sold the 20+ unit business on December 30, 2021. The new owners specifically ask me for a Rent Roll and a list of ALL UTILITY SUPPLIERS SO THEY COULD GET THINGS CHANGED OVER. Well, I gave them very detailed information however, they DID NOT MAKE CHANGES AS AGREED. Therefore, dads estate has paid hundreds of dollars for other peoples neglect.Is there anyway to fix this problem?

In late 2016, we installed solar panels on our house and signed

up for the Simple Solar Sellback program with Reliant Energy, in

which Reliant would purchase the electricity generated by our

solar panels at the same rate that they charged us for the

electricity we purchased from them. This agreement was for 12

months, but included an indefinite renewal clause, allowing us to

maintain it as long as we continued to renew the agreement.

The program was discontinued, but were able to enforce the

renewal clause to keep our agreement active.

This year, they

refused to honor the renewal. Attempts to resolve were made on

Febuary 21 and February 23.

In both instances, the

representatives refused to acknowledge the agreement or allow

us to speak with supervisors or other management. On Feb 28,

we were compelled to accept a lower buyback rate

(approximately 70%) in order to maintain any energy plan.

Account # 0065 34*** *68 3054- billed for one year after we moved

Hello Due to the lawyer neglecting to transfer the heating account to the new owners of our house we sold and moved out of on 01/19/21 but continued to be billed by Reliance. I have just been informed that because I didn't realize I was still being billed since February/2021 to December/2021 I will not be refunded for all that time because I didn't notice we were still being billed until November 2021 and will only get refunded for November and December 2021- that is not fair - I should not be penalized for the lawyer's not doing their job- Please advise Thank you Lynne Pilch

I was lied to about a 11.9 on 2000 kwh

I'm so sick and tired of been jerk around. I was supposed to get a low rate it was for 36 months for 11.9 2000 KWH they still had me on the 2yrs plan so leave me there I will look for another services I'm not happy with reliant and I damn sure wouldn't refer anyone. You have different Representative just lie to you for no reason, or they just don't know what they're doing doing.
